94-02 Ram Long Arm Kit

Ditch the pole vaulting effect of your short arms and smooth out your ride quality with the James Way Off-Road Long Arm Kit for 94-02 Ram 4x4 trucks. This system is a 100% bolt-on* suspension upgrade designed to compliment nearly any current lift in the 2-4” range. Features include laser-cut CNC-formed construction with internal bracing, Summit Machine greaseable rebuildable spherical XL Flex Joints for the frame pivots, and adjustable Synergy Mfg DDB joints at the axle end to fine tune your alignment however you like**. In addition to riding better, these arms are also designed to move your axle further forward to give more clearance at the firewall for larger tires***. Semi gloss black powder coat is standard and all mounting hardware is included! 

Kit Includes:

• Driver and Passenger side radius arms
• Frame mounts
• Transfer case skid plate crossmember
• Grade 8 mounting hardware

NOTE: please allow 4-6 weeks from order date to ship date as these are made to order.

* Requires drilling holes in frame for mounting bracket. Brackets index off existing holes but others are added or enlarged. Removal of factory control arm brackets on frame is required. 

** With the use of adjustable joints, it is recommended to add in cam bolt eliminators like these from Synergy Mfg. 

*** Requires the use of a track bar conversion that upgrades your truck to a 3rd gen track bar, like this system from Synergy Mfg or Thuren Fab. These conversions move the track bar forward to allow for proper clearance of the diff at full bump.

IMPORTANT - earlier model years may use smaller hardware sizes at the axle. We only offer these arms with a 5/8” (16mm) lower and 9/16” (14mm) upper joint configuration. Drilling the mounts and new hardware may be required. Also, single cab trucks may have a portion of the frame capped where the new brackets attach. This will have to be clearanced in order to install this system.
